Martek Motor Services are able to carry out MOTs, services and repairs on any van (up to 3500kg) and mini buses (up to 5000kg, including 16 seaters) to the manufacturer’s requirements.

All goods remain the property of Martek Motor Services Ltd until paid for in full. Courtesy cars always remain the property of the company and must be treated accordingly.

Courtesy cars may only be driven by the drivers nominated and verified at the time of collection and authorised by Martek Motor Services Ltd. The driving of courtesy vehicles by any unauthorised persons is an offence under law.

The customer is responsible entirely for any Traffic Offences or Violations or any other blameworthy incidents involving the use of the courtesy car whilst in their possession or control and the acceptance of these terms means that you, the customer, indemnifies Martek Motor Services Ltd (the company) against any matters arising out of the use of the vehicle whilst in your possession. 

All services are supplied in accordance with the Law of England.

Our services include providing a Courtesy Car to customers when required. In addition, we are also able to collect and deliver your vehicle from your home or business address – for your convenience.

Conditions apply to these additional services – at Martek Motor Services we believe in total transparency and so we have listed below some of the terms and conditions related to these services.

Here at Martek Motor Services we are pleased to offer a courtesy car to clients and this service is FREE of CHARGE. Please note, Courtesy cars are limited in number and we do require prior notice from customers wishing to avail themselves of this service.

In order to comply with Road Traffic Law we need to verify that customers have all of the required documentation to drive our courtesy cars. Therefore, we will need to have sight  (and take a file copy) of your driving licence which must be a full and valid UK  licence.

The courtesy vehicle will need to be covered under your own insurance. Again, in order to comply with the law we will need a Fax or Email from your insurer confirming temporary cover note or sight (and take a file copy) of any certificate that allows you to drive the vehicle.

In order to make sure that your courtesy car is available for the day required we would respectfully request that you first call and verbally check that the car is available – the further in advance the better – to avoid disappointment!.

Martek Motor Services are pleased to provide a collection and delivery service to customers spending a minimum of £100 plus VAT. Customers spending less can avail themselves of this service at a modest charge – please ask for details.

This service is normally available for collection and delivery addresses within a ten mile radius of our garage. Collection and delivery outside of this area is at the discretion of Martek Motor Service and may be subject to a modest charge – please ask for more details.

Whilst we will always try to collect and deliver at prearranged times we cannot legislate for traffic and other emerging unexpected matters. Therefore delivery and collection times cannot be guaranteed
